Aini Mäensivu is a thirty-something individual who initially adopted a vegan lifestyle for health reasons, having previously declared her intention to stop eating meat as a teenager. After experiencing the benefits of a vegan diet, she found it easy to eliminate dairy and eggs, discovering alternative spreads like hummus and peanut butter for her meals. Recently, however, she and her partner Esa made the decision to return to an omnivorous diet, prioritizing health over their previous dietary choices.
