Akbar Ali
Akbar Ali is a third-generation producer of the renowned 'patla doi' (thin yogurt) from the village of Khaira in Bagmara, Bangladesh. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather Shukuddin and father Jahir Uddin, he began working in this family trade at the age of 15. Today, he continues the legacy alongside his children, contributing to a tradition that has attracted customers for four generations.
