Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, also known as Air Force Club, is one of the most successful football clubs in Iraq, with a rich history in the Iraqi Premier League and various domestic competitions. They were recently in the news for their defeat to Duhok in the semi-finals of the Iraq Cup, ending their title defense.
