Alang Apok Sitam

Alang Apok Sitam, a 68-year-old Orang Asli man from Kampung Sinju, Keramat Pulai, made headlines after being attacked by a sun bear while foraging for forest products in Hutan Simpan Bukit Kinta. In a rare incident, he bravely fought off the bear but sustained injuries to his face. Despite the serious nature of the attack, he managed to return home and was later taken to the hospital, where his condition was reported as stable.
