Alaoua Boulekham

Alaoua Boulekham is the Secretary General of the Algerian Ministry of Vocational Training and Education, known for his efforts to enhance vocational training in Algeria. Recently, he signed an agreement with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) to improve the employability of vocational training graduates through the implementation of modern methodologies and quality improvements in training programs.
