Alar

Alar is a colleague of Risto Kotkas, also serving as a police dog handler from Estonia, who assisted in the recent search operation at the Pabradės military training area. He worked alongside Risto and his dog, Tiitu, contributing to the efforts to locate the missing U.S. soldiers.
