Alaric K. Togba

Alaric K. Togba is the Acting Chairperson of the Governance Commission in Liberia. He recently highlighted the need for transparent and accountable implementation of arms control initiatives during the launch of LINCA's Five-Year Strategic Plan. Togba stresses the importance of broad stakeholder involvement, including security agencies and civil society, to effectively combat illicit arms and contribute to lasting peace and security in Liberia.
