Albert Kassabi

Albert Kassabi, known by his stage name 'Bébert', was the lead singer of the French rock band Les Forbans, which gained significant popularity in the 1980s with their hit 'Chante !'. The band, formed in Paris in 1978 by high school friends, became a staple of French rock music, known for their energetic performances and catchy songs. Kassabi's unique voice and charisma helped the band sell nearly two million copies of 'Chante !', which remains a beloved classic in French pop culture. Tragically, Kassabi passed away at the age of 63 after a long illness.
