Albert Luguterah

Prof. Albert Luguterah is the Vice-Chancellor of C.K. Tedam University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Navrongo, Ghana. He has recently come under scrutiny following allegations of significant procedural breaches in the appointment of faculty members during his tenure, prompting the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) to initiate a forensic audit of all appointments made under his leadership.
