Albert Skira (1904-1973) was a Swiss publisher and co-founder of the influential surrealist magazine Minotaure. He is celebrated for commissioning iconic artists such as Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí to illustrate literary works, and for pioneering the first fully illustrated color book.
