Albert Steveenson

Albert Steveenson, commonly known as Djouma, is a notorious gang leader in Haiti, particularly in the Simon Pelé neighborhood of Port-au-Prince. He was recently in the news due to a police operation involving kamikaze drones aimed at eliminating him during his birthday celebration, which tragically resulted in the deaths of several children and civilians.
