Alberto Mota

Alberto Mota is the president of the Federação Portuguesa de Dadores Benévolos de Sangue (FEPODABES), an organization dedicated to promoting blood donation and addressing the critical shortages experienced during the summer months in Portugal. Recently, he emphasized the importance of blood donations, especially in July and August when many regular donors are on vacation, and highlighted the ongoing need for approximately 1,100 units of blood daily for hospitals across the country.
