Alberto Muñoz-Najar Luque

Alberto Muñoz-Najar Luque is the general manager of Capriccio SAC, a family-run gastronomic group that has expanded from a small bakery to operate 46 locations across Peru. He took over the family business during the challenging times of the pandemic and has been recognized as a Young Entrepreneur at the 2026 LEC Awards for his efforts in professionalizing the company and diversifying its brand portfolio, emphasizing social responsibility and women's empowerment within the workforce.
