Alberto Pérez Ramos

Alberto Pérez Ramos is the president of the Comité Cívico Potosinista (Comcipo), a civic organization in Bolivia that advocates for the rights and interests of the Potosí region. Recently, he has been in the news for leading a call for a cacerolazo, a form of protest, against President Luis Arce due to dissatisfaction with the government's failure to deliver on multiple promised projects in the region, such as a cement factory and improved infrastructure.
