Alberto Quirós Gutiérrez

Alberto Quirós Gutiérrez is the president and legal representative of Qintess, a company involved in the development and implementation of the ERP-SAP accounting system for the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS). Recently, he was mentioned in relation to a $1.9 million payment made by the CCSS to Qintess, despite reported failures in the system that affected medical centers and inventory management.
