Alcira Maldonado Paniagua, 49, was a mother of four who tragically died when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Leonardo Camarena as he lost consciousness following a violent confrontation. She was on her way to work after dropping her children off at school and had recently celebrated her birthday with family.
