Alejandra Medina Rodríguez

Alejandra Medina Rodríguez is a graduate of the leadership certification program developed through a collaboration between UVM for Business and Grupo Elektra. Her experience in the program has significantly altered her perspective on leadership, enabling her to tailor her approach to the individual strengths and needs of her team members. As a leader of three coordinators, she advocates for the importance of knowledge sharing and fostering a culture of continuous learning within her team.
