Alejo

Alejo is a refugee from Russia who has endured significant hardships due to his sexual orientation, including imprisonment and threats to his life. After seeking safety in Uruguay, he has faced bureaucratic challenges that hinder his ability to pursue his aspirations as a hairdressing instructor. Currently, Alejo is in a precarious situation, spending nights in a police station as he advocates for a travel document to seek a better future in a third country.
