Alek Chumak

Alek Chumak is a Belarusian composer and co-founder of the band 'Союз', which blends European folk, psychedelia, and Brazilian popular music. Over the years, the band has gained recognition for their innovative sound, particularly with their latest album 'Krok', which is entirely in Belarusian. Based in Warsaw since 2022, Chumak has been instrumental in the band's rise, showcasing their music in various major cities across Europe and recently performing on BBC Radio 6 Music.
