Alekandr Konyuk

Alekandr Konyuk is a Belarusian politician and lawyer who served as the Attorney General of Belarus from September 2011 until September 2020. His tenure as Attorney General ended amid widespread protests against the government following the controversial presidential elections in 2020. Subsequently, he was appointed as the Ambassador of Belarus to Armenia in the fall of 2020. Recently, Konyuk was removed from his ambassadorial position, raising questions about his future role in Belarusian politics as he approaches retirement age.
