Aleksander Pekeč

Aleksander Pekeč is a prominent academic and business expert, known for his role as a professor at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where he specializes in managerial decision-making in complex competitive environments. He has published several influential articles in leading academic journals covering areas such as management, economics, mathematics, and psychology. Pekeč served on the Economic Council of the President of Croatia from 2010 to 2015 and holds a PhD from Rutgers University, alongside a degree from the University of Zagreb. He is also known for being the father of Dora Pekeč, who recently became the spokesperson for New York City's newly elected mayor, Zohran Mamdani.
