Aleksandras Gookas

A 49-year-old lawyer from Serov, Sverdlovsk region, Gookas was involved in the brutal murder of 42-year-old Olga Soroka and her six-year-old son Alioša in 2024. After the heinous act, he dismembered the bodies and discarded them, leading to a shocking investigation that revealed his prior connections to a group of criminals. In a controversial move, he was released before trial and subsequently sent to fight in the war in Ukraine.
