Aleksandrs Bobkovs

Aleksandrs Bobkovs is an officer of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation, recently involved in a case concerning espionage activities in Estonia, where he directed an Estonian citizen, Dmitrijevs, to provide sensitive information about local military activities and political conditions in the border town of Narva.
