Aleksey Logvinenko

Aleksey Logvinenko, born in 1974 in Taganrog, is a former politician who served as the head of the administration of Rostov-on-Don from 2019 until his resignation in January 2025. Prior to his tenure as mayor, he held various leadership roles in the regional economic security and anti-corruption departments, as well as in energy and water resource companies. Recently, he was in the news after being detained on suspicion of exceeding his official powers, with possible legal repercussions under Russian law.
