Aleksey Pyankov

Aleksey Pyankov is a former minister in the Sverdlovsk region, accused of facilitating corrupt practices by enabling the transfer of state property to businessmen Artem Bikov and Aleksey Bobrov. The General Prosecutor's Office claims that Pyankov's actions, motivated by personal gain, contributed to the monopolization of the energy market in the Ural region, allowing the private interests of Bobrov and Bikov to prosper at the expense of public resources.
