Alesio Kazimiri

Alesio Kazimiri is a former member of the far-left Italian militant group known as the Red Brigades, which was responsible for a series of violent incidents in Italy during the 1970s. He gained notoriety for his involvement in the kidnapping and murder of former Italian Prime Minister Aldo Moro in 1978. Recently, he has been in the news following Nicaragua's decision to grant him citizenship, which prompted criticism from Italy's Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, who has called for Kazimiri's extradition to face justice for his past crimes.
