Álex Alcívar, also known as Ronco, is the brother of William Jofre Alcívar Bautista and a co-leader of the criminal group Los Tiguerones. He was apprehended alongside his brother in Spain, where they were allegedly running their illicit operations from abroad while evading justice in Ecuador.
