Alex Barrotti

Alex Barrotti is the co-founder of TouchBistro Inc., a Canadian restaurant point-of-sale software company that he helped build into one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Canada during the 2010s. Under his leadership, TouchBistro expanded to serve over 23,000 venues, but he stepped down in 2021 amid challenges posed by a competitive market and the COVID-19 pandemic. Barrotti expressed sadness over the company's direction after his departure and has since reflected on the success of his entrepreneurial journey.
