Alex Hillary

Alex Hillary, grandson of the legendary Sir Edmund Hillary, currently serves as the general manager of the Himalaya Trust, dedicated to improving education in remote Nepali communities. He carries forward his grandfather's legacy by raising funds for teacher training, student scholarships, and classroom renovations. Passionate about outdoor education, Alex also advocates for youth engagement with nature through his role as patron of Hillary Outdoors. His adventurous spirit led him to summit Ama Dablam in 2019, and he continues to inspire others to explore and challenge themselves outdoors.
