Alex Silas
Alex Silas is the national executive vice-president of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC), one of the largest unions representing public servants in Canada. He has been actively involved in advocating for the rights and working conditions of public employees, notably speaking out against government policies that he and other union leaders believe undermine productivity and waste taxpayer dollars. Recently, he participated in a demonstration outside the Prime Minister's Office to protest the federal government's mandate requiring public servants to return to the office four days a week, emphasizing the inefficiencies of such policies.
