Alexander Eliseev is a prominent businessman and one of the original founders of Globaltrans, a leading freight railway operator in the CIS since 2004. His leadership and vision have helped the company grow to manage a fleet of over 63,000 units by the end of 2024. Eliseev is currently in the news as Globaltrans plans to sell several of its assets to the Russian company Transatlantic for $766.7 million.
