Alexander Litvinov

Alexander Litvinov was a deputy general director at the Experimental Machine Engineering Plant and was implicated in the same legal case concerning the Sea Launch project as other executives at RKK Energia. He accepted the closure of his criminal case earlier, amidst accusations of financial misconduct linked to contracts deemed unprofitable for the corporation.
