Alexander Muștiață

Alexander Muștiață is the head of the Information and Security Service of Moldova, a role in which he has been involved in significant national security matters. Recently, he was in the news for accusing Russian diplomats of assisting the escape of Moldovan parliamentarian Alexander Nesterovsky, who had been convicted of bribery. Muștiață stated that Nesterovsky fled to Transnistria with the help of the Russian embassy, claiming that there is evidence to support these allegations.
