Alexander Nekipelov

Alexander Nekipelov is a prominent Russian economist and academician at the Russian Academy of Sciences (РАН). He serves as the director of the Moscow School of Economics at Lomonosov Moscow State University (МГУ). Nekipelov is known for his contributions to economic theory and policy, particularly in discussions surrounding inflation and financial instruments. Recently, he proposed the creation of a special financial instrument called the 'rubly-aktiv' as a means to protect against inflation during an economic forum.
