Alexánder Pastrana Lozada

Alexánder Pastrana Lozada was a community leader in Colombia, known for his efforts in advocating for peace and social justice. Tragically, he became a victim of violence when he was murdered on March 31, 2022, in Puerto Gaitán, Caquetá, allegedly at the hands of William Monje Claros, alias 'Willington'. His assassination highlighted the dangers faced by social leaders in the country and underscored the ongoing challenges related to crime and violence in regions affected by drug trafficking and armed groups.
