Alexander Roca Suárez is a Bolivian inmate accused of the violent death of fellow prisoner José Alberto Salvatierra Rodríguez in Palmasola prison, where he served as a self-appointed ‘discipline officer’ in an overcrowded cell. He has been formally charged with homicide following the incident.
