Alexander Romaniuk

Alexander Romaniuk is the general director of 'Brestzhilstroy', a construction company involved in the development of residential projects in Belarus. He gained attention for his role in the construction of the experimental settlement known as Novaya Okolica, which was initiated by President Alexander Lukashenko. Under Romaniuk's leadership, the company modernized its production methods to focus on low-rise housing, significantly contributing to the rapid development of this new residential area intended to address housing needs in the region.
