Alexander Sklianrow

Alexander Sklianrow, a 49-year-old Australian resident of San Martín in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area, was arrested for his involvement in a theft operation in which he and an accomplice broke the window of a car on Avenida 9 de Julio and stole a backpack from the vehicle's occupants.
