Alexander Uvarov

Alexander Uvarov was a prominent Russian educator and statesman in the 19th century, known for his role as the Minister of Education. He is best remembered for articulating the ideological framework of 'Orthodoxy, Autocracy, and Nationality' which aimed to reinforce the Russian Empire's identity and governance.
