His company, Vegetabil, thrived by purchasing and processing local agricultural products, eventually gaining clients in both Czechoslovakia and Switzerland. After leaving the area in 1941 due to World War II, Wohl's legacy continued with the preservation of his former business premises, which later became a national cultural monument.
