Alexandr Strelnikov

Alexandr Strelnikov is a Russian citizen who has been implicated in a fraudulent scheme involving the acquisition of Romanian citizenship documents. He is alleged to have used a false Romanian citizenship certificate to obtain a Romanian birth certificate in 2024. Following an investigation, a court annulled the document as Strelnikov did not follow the proper legal procedures to acquire citizenship.
