Alexandro Arias Sarsuela

Alexandro Arias Sarsuela has been appointed as the ambassador of the Dominican Republic to Uzbekistan, where he recently presented his credentials to Uzbekistan's Foreign Minister Bahtiyor Saidov. In addition to his role in Uzbekistan, Sarsuela also serves as the ambassador to Russia and Kazakhstan, with his base in Moscow. His appointment signals an effort to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the Dominican Republic and Uzbekistan, which established diplomatic relations in 2007.
