Alexandru Balcu

Alexandru Balcu is a member of the far-right organization Noua Dreaptă, known for its neo-fascist ideologies. He gained notoriety after being sentenced to one year in prison with a suspended sentence for pasting stickers featuring Legionary symbols on the doors of a synagogue in Bucharest. This act was deemed a protest against what he described as anti-Romanian laws. Balcu has been involved in extremist activities, including calls to organize a racist and xenophobic protest against immigrants in Romania.
