Alexandru Tcacenco

Alexandru Tcacenco is a judicial executor who was recently found guilty of exceeding his service duties in relation to the illegal transfer of four municipal land plots in Chișinău. However, he was exempted from criminal responsibility due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. His actions, which took place between October 2016 and May 2017, involved issuing official documents that improperly recognized and transferred ownership of these lands, valued at approximately 2.9 million lei. Despite being found guilty, the Supreme Court of Justice ultimately ruled that he would not face any penalties due to the lapse of time since the offenses occurred.
