Alexey Konstantinov

Alexey Konstantinov is a notorious Russian burglar, known for his extreme methods of breaking into high-rise apartments. With a criminal history that includes multiple convictions for theft, he has been on law enforcement's radar for years. In 2023, he was recognized as a dangerous recidivist and was sentenced to additional time in a penal colony. However, after signing a contract with the Russian army and serving in the conflict in Ukraine, he returned to his criminal activities. Recently, he was arrested in Mogilev, Belarus, after committing burglaries in Minsk, where he targeted apartments on the 12th floor and higher, often using a chisel to break in through plastic windows. His criminal record includes nine convictions for similar offenses, showcasing a pattern of behavior that has made him a repeat offender.
