Alexey Volin

Alexey Volin is the head of the state-owned enterprise 'Kosmicheskaya Svyaz' (GPKS), which is responsible for managing Russia's satellite communications. He has been involved in planning the launch of new satellites to ensure the continuity of broadcasting services and has indicated that the first of the new satellites, 'Express-AMU4,' is scheduled for launch in December 2026.
