Alexey Zubets

Alexey Zubets is the Director of the Institute for Socio-Economic Studies at the Financial University under the Government of Russia. He was recently in the news for suggesting that Russian banks might consider measures such as freezing deposits to prevent runaway inflation, although he later clarified that he did not advocate for such drastic actions.
