Alexis Benos

Alexis Benos is an emeritus professor of Social Medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the director of the Center for Research and Education in Public Health. He has addressed the social dimensions of life expectancy in Greece, linking the decline to the deterioration of the public health system and social inequalities.
