Alexis Oblitas

Alexis Oblitas is the executive director of Provías Nacional (PVN), a Peruvian government agency responsible for managing the country's road infrastructure, and he has been involved in key projects, including the enhancement of the Lima-Canta-Huayllay-División Cochamarca corridor, which was awarded to the Chinese construction company CRBC.
