
Alfonsas Eidintas
Prof. Alfonsas Eidintas is a distinguished Lithuanian historian, diplomat, and author known for his extensive work on 20th-century Lithuanian history, including themes of emigration, the Holocaust, and diplomacy. He has served as Lithuania's ambassador in five countries and currently works at the Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania, where he is the chief editor of the academic journal 'Parlamento studijos' starting from October 2024. Eidintas is also recognized for his historical novels, including the trilogy 'Ieškok Maskvos sfinkso,' and recently published a monograph on the life and diplomacy of Ernestas Galvanauskas.
